Well, it's encouraging to see things start to get back on track. For all his misanthropy, Tri-Hard seemingly fails to grasp something very basic: humans are irreparably broken creatures! If you try to use them *only* as "tools," they're bound to disappoint(not that I'm speaking from experience, or anything...)! It actually reveals a fundamental weakness on his part that he tries to make them into something they're not, instead of working with what he's given. No matter how much brainwashing and chemicals you expose someone to, that discarded, crumpled-up piece of trash called "humanity" tends to rear its ugly head eventually. That's why "tryhards" will always fall short of total control, fixated on easily-manipulated, yet ultimately superficial elements like "body" and "mind" as they are. Tri-Hard tries to go further and *claims* to hold Mister Freedom's soul at the end, but only a natural Dom like Nick can intuit how to truly get inside someone and *own* them in their entirety -- to transform those chaotic human flaws from a gap in their control to a powerful tool to reinforce obedience and build loyalty. After all, isn't "love" just a pretty name we use to dress up the cruelest form of slavery? :wink: I imagine we're heading towards some kind of clash between Nick/Henry and Tri-Hard/Freedom/the Supersoldiers, which...seems pretty lopsided, but I expect there will be more twists to keep the plot from being too predictable. And speaking of twists, there's a part of me that can't help wondering if Tri-Hard is really the biggest, baddest villain this story can muster, or if there's still someone lurking in the shadows who's actually been pulling *everyone*'s strings so far․․․․ Was the original supersoldier program *really* dismantled, or did it just shift to new management? If it *did* continue, what role would Henry play in it? :thinking: **P.S.** Nick *will* finally get a chance to play with his lifesize Duty Boy action figure, right? I know "Duty Boy" is technically gone, and Henry said he doesn't want to be a hero anymore...but for all his care and concern, Nick's still a greedy asshole too! Honestly, I can think of no better sendoff for the hero he so *utterly defeated*: no longer a protector fighting for the innocent, or even a brainwashed goon for his dad's nemesis -- just a toy for his Master to summon on demand whenever He's bored :smiling_imp:

So the dad becomes the pet and pup. I like that much better. Hank is going to train him so well to be a good rubber pup. And it would be a comical twist if he get used as a hound to help track down Henry and Nick. Now that Tri-Hard has a working formula he can wrap up loose ends with those two. Yet how those two are going to stay free and still move forward is going to be interesting. How do they fight back? What options do they have? And how will Nick utilize his reacquired control over Nick? He was definitely interested in the rubber Henry is wearing. And yet I cannot help but mimic what others have said earlier. Will there be another major character to join the fray; ie Mom? She is the genius behind the inhibitors. She knows all about their powers and 'inhibitions'. She even gave an inhibitor to Nick that gives him control over Henry. How could that not be intentional unless she is either that confident in things working out or she is fully aware of what is happening. I'm eager for more.

If Chaos is disorder or lack of order (this is what the creatures who endowed Chester with their powers want to achieve). Unless when Chester wins and he stays with Jason (this will not become Order but only for Chester) but still Order (which these creatures want to avoid) Therefore, Chaos, according to this logic and concept, should not work only in Chester’s direction. Therefore, as soon as Chester gets Jason (all his dreams will come true and he will be happy), in the end he and Brian will switch places. I don’t think that this should completely satisfy these creatures of Chaos, since these creatures want Chaos, they will have to give the same powers to Brian. so that he would create even more Chaos and satisfy the desires of creatures? is not it? otherwise it will be strange and stupid, that it will only work towards Chester, but not towards Brian. It's just that if I were a being of Chaos, I would do so) first I would give strength to Chester so that he would fulfill all his dark desires by destroying Brian's life, and then I would use Brian to destroy Chester's ideal life) Damn, that would be very fun) I think this is what the Joker would have done (whom I consider the ideal creature of Chaos and Madness rolled into one) If everything in history is only in favor of Chester, then these will not be creatures of Chaos, but simply creatures who want to somehow change Chester’s life for the better and that’s all.
