How tragic. This unit felt it was a given that Souta would be forced into the System as early as chapter 1. Even so, it was surprised it happened so soon. It hopes that the two may in some way reunite.

That last part. Ooph. Kinda was expecting betrayal, but a deal is a deal. Ah well.

Love the story so far. I do hope you see this and write a back story about how the Jock got his abilities. This is so hot and I'd like to see more.

I've never read a story like this before, but just like Riley, I find myself inexplicably turned on! This is a great addition to the site and I'm excited to read more!

That was one of the hottest stories I've read in a while! I loved the mind wipe. I'm hoping we get to see his friends, Carlos or the others who took the numbers to the study in subsequent chapters!

Nah, I don't believe in coincidences. First Hayato, then Haru, and then Souta. The System is watching them and used their relationships to lure them into it one by one. And Twelve's previous life was likely related to Souta. Could Twelve be Souta's dad but nanobots altered his appearance, making him younger and unrecognizable? The fact that Souta instinctively called out "Dad" was quite intriguing. Perhaps the system will eventually reunite all the family members, including Haru's father? Can't wait to see the next chapter!

@[Tofu83](/user/show/87624) Well, the System doesn't think of itself as being insidious. It only has the best interests of the people in its custody in 'mind' - and humanity in general. If human beings would agree with this, had they any say, is a very different question, though :) Twelve is not Souta's dad (now THAT would be insidious, wouldn't it...). No, Twelve, as well as the boys' dads, are just subjects of this society thoroughly managed by the System. Next chapter is in the works, but it might take a week or two to get finished.
