Heroes and Villains alike have been going missing leading to the hero community to close ranks. Rookie hero, Deku, while out on patrol discovers the truth behind the disapperances. (Note: I don't follow MHA, so it's safe to assume this takes place well after the series and also ignores any major character deaths that may have occured)
