Swimmerboy and his partner Swimmerlad are introduced along with their nemesis, the evil Scorpio. Swimmerboy, on the trail of some missing lifesavers is lured into Scorpio's trap only to find that one of the missing lifesavers has been brainwashed into a ruthless henchman named Nylon.
